including breath and alignment in these
in-depth classes. Props like the fitness circle,
flex band, foam roller and toning balls will be
used to increase balance, awareness and

Beginner Reformer!

A whole new workout, the Pilates exercises
are done on the Reformer, one of the key
pieces of resistance equipment in Pilates. The
Reformer is a machine that has a system of
springs and pulleys to further develop core
and periphery strength. Pelvic stability and
shoulder girdle stability are emphasized.
